The hotel's location was very convenient during our city trip, with easy access to public transport and key attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had breathtaking views of the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and their customer service was excellent.

The food in the lounge during the day was sometimes uninspiring, and the TV channels were limited. Some of the staff were not as friendly as others, and the style and shape of the rooms could vary greatly.

During my recent stay at Swissotel, I had a truly enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, particularly the heavenly omelet that left me wanting more. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to access all the attractions and landmarks in the city. I highly recommend Swissotel for a memorable and pleasant stay.

For the price we paid, the value we got at the hotel was incredible. The room was clean, spacious, and had a breathtaking view of the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train and metro station. The staff treated us with utmost friendliness and attentiveness.

Design of the exterior and room but not the entrance. Reseptionest was very kind with nice language.

No free wireless internet in room since I paid a big amount of money for one night to get it all at once. Since internet is something we can't live without now adays like cell phones. So sjould not be forced to extra big money for the sake of cheking emails and news. But I still recommend this hotel for someone has nothing to do with the net.

View from a room number is amazing, bar "city space and lounge" is absolutely unique, nothing compares with this place, breakfast and restaurants are top class. The best breakfast I have ever tried.

Excellent hotel with exceptional customer service. We were impressed by the staff's flexibility in facilitating an early check-in and their responsiveness throughout our stay. The panoramic view of the city from our room was stunning, and the hotel's proximity to the tube made it convenient to explore the city. The high quality of the hotel was evident in its fantastic sky bar with great cocktails. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Swissotel.

The friendliness and how helpful the staff were - from Pavlos and door team to the ladies in the Executive Lounge. Price for stay a bit expensive, but then that is Moscow and a Western Hotel.
